Operation Herof Exercises: BLA Claims Responsibility for 7 More Attacks

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for seven separate attacks carried out by its fighters in Ornach, Panjgur, Kalat, Noshki, and Sibi. These operations included road blockades on main highways, IED and direct armed attacks on occupying forces, elimination of collaborators, and seizure of military outposts. The attacks were part of the coordinated exercises under the second phase of BLA’s “Operation Herof,” during which a total of 78 operations were conducted across 58 locations.

On Saturday night, BLA fighters established control over the highway at Ornach Cross in Khuzdar for more than two hours through a blockade. During this time, snap-checking was conducted, and two vehicles involved in the plundering of Baloch national resources were targeted. The fighters also seized a Levies Force checkpoint and set it on fire.

On Sunday night, BLA fighters targeted an occupying Pakistani military post in the Nokabad area of Panjgur. The attack involved the use of automatic weapons, rocket launchers, and grenade launchers. The assault lasted for over 25 minutes, resulting in the deaths of at least two enemy soldiers and injuries to five others.

In another operation, BLA fighters took control of surveillance cameras installed by the occupying Pakistani military in the Prom Jain area of Panjgur.

In Kalat’s Grap area, BLA fighters targeted members of the enemy bomb disposal squad with a remote-controlled IED while they were engaged in clearance operations. Two enemy personnel were killed in the explosion.

In Noshki’s Gulangur area, BLA fighters killed four operatives of Pakistani intelligence agencies:

    • Moeen, son of Ghulam Mustafa, resident of Pakpattan

    • Huzaifa, son of Muhammad Latif, resident of Pakpattan

    • Imran Ali, son of Maqsood Ahmed

    • Irfan Ali, son of Maqsood Ahmed, resident of Rahim Yar Khan

These operatives had been detained on 9 May at a BLA checkpoint in the Ahmedwal area of Noshki. During interrogation, they confessed to working undercover as informants for the occupying Pakistani military and intelligence agencies.

In Sibi, BLA fighters targeted an occupying military checkpoint near the railway station with a hand grenade.

Similarly, in the Mithri area of Kachhi, BLA fighters launched an armed assault on a military post, injuring at least three enemy personnel.

These attacks are part of the Baloch Liberation Army’s ongoing resistance strategy against the occupying state under “Operation Herof.” The BLA reiterates that such operations will continue until national independence is achieved.
